Over the past few years, I’ve been extremely active on Instagram. I love the tribe and community of incredible creative women who are living in their truth that I’ve connected with. A few weeks ago, I asked you guys what you wanted to hear more about on my IG stories and lives. I was honestly and humbly overwhelmed by all of the incredible suggestions of topics to expand on a little bit more. The general consensus was that people are definitely interested in self care, stages in our spiritual journeys and expressing ourselves creatively – which all is right up my alley and all the things I love talking about.
I love what Instagram lives do for our connection to each other. Everyone is interacting with each other in the comments, giving me tons of tips that I had no clue about and there’s relationship being formed. With our paradigm shifting more and more, I know in my heart that connection and community is what will continue to raise our collective consciousness. So any opportunity we may have to forge human connections, even if through the internet the more aware & tuned we can be in the world.

With all of that being said, I took all the suggestions I got and put them into an IG Live schedule for the next 3 months, starting tomorrow night. So every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 8PM Eastern Time, I’ll be chatting with you on the topic for that given night. This is honestly the best way for me to hold myself accountable to these dates and time. And it also gives me the opportunity to be truly intentional with the subject matter and prepare solid talking points. Or let’s just call it what it is, I’m an over planning Virgo that takes organization overboard 🙂 Here’s what we’ll be talking about this spring into the summer:
