Although Milan may be the home to high fashion, this huge city still has left room for the mass-marketed fashion for all you savvy recessionista’s! Corso Buenos Aires is to New York’s 34th Street as H&M is to Zara, very similar. There is a 34th Street in every major international city and there is no exception to Milan. On Corso Buenos Aires, you can find souvenoir stores, affordable shops that generally attract tourists and those lovely street vendors selling endless supplies of knock-off designer handbags and sunglasses.
Back in November, I posted about the Spanish import, Pura Lopez & was excited to see the extensive shoe line on Corso Buenos Aires! Kind of flirty, aren’t they? See the post here.
Surprisingly enough, Guess is huge in Italy. I caught this sweet snapshot of one of their stores on Corso Buenos Aires, which had a huge in-store photo of the late Anna Nicole Smith & revolutionary Guess model.
