Italian fashion houses like Dolce & Gabbana and Roberto Cavalli have made leopard print iconic to Milanese fashion. The women of Italy embrace this print regularly but understand the balance needed when sporting spots. Too much of any print is never flattering and that goes without saying for animal print. Although stimulating Stockholm label, Dagmar, has flawlessly adapted the Milanese balance in their A/W 2009 show. Using techiniques of layering and pairing multiple textures with warm, earthy tones, Dagmar nailed the look of leopard.
