Lala Italia Trend Report: The Puzzling Popularity of the Hogan Sneaker

Sure, there are exceptionally dressed people here in Italy. Yet, the rest of the population gets down in casual wear. Cobblestone streets often make it impossible for even the most poised fashionista to strut her stuff down the street. Therefore, many of the women wear tennis shoes. More specifically, the newest style of the Hogan sneaker. Hogan gets much more play in Europe than the US of A with their newest collaboration collection with Thakoon. The casual wear giant’s newest ad campaign features Leigh Lezark. And this orthopedic looking shoe has flooded the streets of Milan, Florence and Rome. Why? I’m not quite sure. I’ll stay objective and just report the trends….
