I’m not really a huge fan of sappy love stories when it comes to films. I’m more of a lighthearted, dramatic and often foreign film type gal. Nonetheless, a few months back, I came across this darling movie called Love and Other Disasters starring Brittany Murphy. For some reason or another, it reminds me of a new millenium remake of Breakfast at Tiffany’s. It could possibly be the Audrey-esque wardrobe or the free spirited character Murphy plays as a British fashion assistant that lives with her gay best friend. Its a very cute movie that you wouldn’t mind calling over your bff to watch again.
