Julian Louie has been on my radar for quite some time. So, needless to say I was looking forward to seeing his F/W ’10 collection. The installation was set on a pure backdrop that played an imaginative short-film of girls donning pieces from the collection. Foreground, were mannequins that showcased beautifully romantic pieces that were complimentary to all the areas on the frame. While perfectly-posed rolling racks, dangled elegant skirts and dresses with incredible detail.
