Now that all the fashion capital’s Fashion Weeks have concluded and we’ve gossiped about all the front row sightings and the worst shows, its the perfect time to talk about the models that parade the New York and European catwalks. My top five list in order of pure preference, not on how many shows walked.
- FREJA BEHA ERICHSEN had to top my list as she was the prominent face this season and one of my personal faves.
- RANYA MORDANOVA is the best thing that has happened to the spring/summer 2010 season. Even though she did not walk as many shows as other girls, her cropped locks and pale skin make her a new face to be reckoned with.
- KARLIE KLOSS came in third for me. This season made her a household name, but Karlie’s been a superstar in my book since she covered Russh for the September/October 2008 issue.
- ABBEY LEE, the stunning beauty was a runway regular in every fashion week during fashion month. Designers couldn’t reisist that doll-like face. Curious to see how many Spring 2010 campaigns she’ll book.
- MARIACARLA BOSCONO is a dream. Her nickname should be the transformer because in every photo of this Italian belle, she looks like s different person. A true model.
