Lala NYC Trend Report: Hermes & Max Mara Love Amelia Earhart

I love the idea of emphasizing the strength in female historic figure being in a show. Both Hermes and MaxMara referenced Amelia Earhart in their fall/winter 2009 shows with aviation cap and goggles. The colors used in both shows were relative and tastefully depicted the first woman to independently fly across the Altlantic. After all Amelia too, was a gap-toothed beauty.
