If you think about music artists and their music videos today, it’s all about the flashy theatrics and that wow factor that’s going to drive views. One of my all time favorite music videos is Madonna’s Take A Bow. Still to date, there has been no music video that is so vividly picturesque and captivating. It slows time and forces you to take in the emotion behind it’s lyrics with stunning visuals of Madonna and her bullfighting lover. From that iconic lace veil covering her face while she enters a beautiful luxury car in sepia-tinged scenarios. The heartbroken mood in her bedroom as she slicks on her long, black leather gloves and rolls around in white bed sheets. It makes me want to put on the darkest shade of red lipstick I have, throw on an embellished bolero and roam the romantic streets of Spain searching for the answers of love.
