A Coat Mania by Emma Summerton

Vogue Italia will always remain on the top of my list for all the editions of Vogue. There is something so special about Italian fashion. Each and everytime I think about it, I am enthralled over again. I think its the Milanese ability to be romantic when concerning clothing. Each garment has a specific meaning, a personal place in an ensemble. The time and care that is built in the fine construction of garments is unparallel. And the execution makes you fall for the garment and the hands who carefully crafted it.

Jourdan and Karlie look beautiful together in the coat story for Vogue Italia that I found the scans for on Fashion Gone Rogue. The story called “A Coat Mania” was shot by Emma Summerton and was styled by Edward Enninful. A perfect illustration of this season’s most beloved necessity – the coat.
