On the eve of the first unofficial day of New York fashion week, friends Chrissy Rhee and Linh Thi Do of Eleven Objects hosted a dinner and SS12 collection preview at Congee Village that set the tone for the rest of the NYFW festivities to follow. The newly famed accessory label invited their favorite editors and bloggers to feast on delicious Chinese dishes and indulge in new collars added to the collection’s range. Everyone was gifted with a collar of their choice, along with a set of bungee bracelets that was apart of a collaboration with accessory designer T L Pek. Deanne and I picked out the dashing patent leather number, while the lovely girls from Styled On chose the gold glitter collar. After many rounds of lychee martinis, I gave my best rendition of Toni Braxton on the karaoke mic.
