I couldn’t expect any less from Mimi Plange of Boudoir D’Huitres than a tasteful and artful presentation for her S/S 2010 collection. H’or dourves and champagne were passed in the Hosfelt Gallery as spectators witnessed a fashion film and gawked the spring pieces. “Oceania” by Bjork played the role of inspiration for the Medusa is Blooming collection. Pops of color, satin, ruffles and ostrich feathers were the building blocks for jumpsuits, pants and dresses.
