Paris Fashion Week is upon us and PFW is definitely unlike anything that New York Fashion Week has seen. The designs are more exciting, more edgy, more fun and definitely gives us a lot to talk about. Everyone one was waiting on the edge of their seats to see what Maison Martin Margiela had in store for us all at the Spring/Summer 2009 show. With a black runway and faceless models in nude bodysuits, it definitely caused for a lot of chatter. I wonder if he was inspired by Cousin It of the Adams Family or last season’s Project Runway contestant Chris March’s designs for NYFW S/S 08. Whatever the inspiration was, Margiela, as always, was making bold statement. Some believe this collection to be boring and unoriginal, I think its fun, wearable, and daring. Tell Lala what YOU think!
