As much as I can hardly believe it, we’re nearly through February and what a damn month it’s been. In New York, we’ve beared unending snowfall and ungodly low temps. And if it were up to me the spring would have been here yesterday. My month’s been full of ups, downs, heartbreak, new beginnings, transition and a lot of time in the gym.
